Angkasa Bumijaya Sdn Bhd (“ABSB”) was incorporated in Malaysia as a property development company.

Our first project was a mixed development project, Sentral Triang located in Bera, Pahang. Sentral Triang is an integrated township and total development area is approximately 130 acres. We have delivered more than 1,000 units of residential and commercial properties since we established.

Sentral Triang has becoming the new commercial and leisure hub in Bera with numerous existing amenities nearby, anchored by the presence of Fast Food Chain: KFC, McDonald, and Domino; Hypermarket: TF Value & Econsave.

The units in Phase I, II and III of the project which consists more than 200 unit of shop office were 100% taken within short period and this has proved that ABSB’s ability to launch a high value and quality development project. 

We are emphasizing the value, concept and quality. Hence, the ABSB’s management teams are experienced and professional. They work closely with the consultants, contractors, financiers and related parties in order to create a high value, ideal concept and good quality development project.
