1Malaysia People’s Housing (PR1MA) is a housing project introduced by the State Government for middle-income people who cannot afford to buy a house but at the same time, not eligible to be considered for low-cost and medium-low cost houses. PR1MA houses are sold at RM150,000 per unit and 10% discount of the selling price will be given to civil servant.
