Finance Admin Executive

To issue invoices to client promptly
Assisting in preparation of company accounts
To perform general secretarial and administrative functions and duties
Close liaison with bankers, solicitors, and purchaser on loan documentation and progressive claim
To assist ad-hoc issues/ duties from time to time

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Malay & Chinese
At least One (1) Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

To carry out pre-contract and post-contract activities.
To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system.
To prepare and submit pre-qualifications, tender bids and quotations.
To prepare and submit progress claim and final accounts to clients.
To evaluate progress claims/invoices and final accounts from sub-contractors
To assist ad-hoc issues/ duties from time to time

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent.

Responsible for the workers’ welfare and worker-related administrative matters
Responsible for all project-related matters, including resolution of project and technical issues, attending regular site meetings, and ensure accuracy and timely submission of all project-related documents
Coordinate administrative, logistics and operational work, as well as liaise with Clients’ project personnel to prepare, execute and fulfill project deliverables and schedules
Delegate/assign tasks to workers as appropriate and supervise to ensure compliance with stipulated procedures, methods of statement and safety requirements
Inspect work areas regularly for potential hazards and rectify to maintain a safe working environment
Report and assist in the investigation of safety violations, dangerous occurrences and accidents, where necessary
Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as and when required or instructed

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent.

Operates Computer Aided Design(CAD) system, including creating, updating and modifying drawings
Creates CAD drawings for projects, offer and order drawings.
Drawing management includes filling of drawing, structure of drawing numbers, drawing administration in database, creating of drawing number and related documents
Incorporated changes or modifications according to the suggestions and requirement from the customer, engineering and management.
Search and provide relevant drawings to sales from database
Complete simple P&ID / flow diagram in occasion basis
Alteration of drawings and recording duties when and as assigned.

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent.

Liaise with local Authorities.
Assist the RE and QS team on contractual and construction matters.
Supervise, review, monitor and report the progress on site.
Coordinate and monitor activities of his team.
Ensure prompt exchange of approvals.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
Supervise Contractor’s works to achieve construction in accordance with the Contract Documents.
Review Contractor’s Submissions.
Provide all necessary on-site direction after due consultation with the RE.
Assist in reviewing the process of Variations and Claims.
Check the measurement of completed works.
Observe site safety practices.
Advise on contractor’s resource allocation.
Ensure correctness and completeness of ‘as-built’ drawings.
Must comply with safety, health and risk management requirements.
